The solution: Today show style expert Stacy London calls in experts who make house calls, or in this case office calls.
The couple: Alison Brod moved to Manhattan after graduating from Tulane University, and gave herself a deadline of 30 days to find an apartment, a job and a roommate. If she didn't make it, she was going to move back to her home state of Florida. She never left. On her fourth day in the city she met Andy who would later become her husband. She found work right away and went on to open her own public relations firm.
Today, Brod has about six meetings a day for clients that include the Gap, Victoria's Secret, Godiva and Estée Lauder. In the evenings, she often entertains clients or members of the press. Her husband, Andy, works at ScotiaCapital, an international financial services company based in Canada. He is a managing director in the Leveraged Finance Group. After 12 years of marriage, their son Spencer was born. His first birthday was in November. The family also has a dog named Loulou.
