Sarah has always been a beauty chameleon, changing her looks whenever she feels the urge. She follows her instincts, changing her cut and color as easily as she changes her wardrobe. Lately she has worn her hair long, but admits that when she was unable to care for it, she would give up and wear it in a ponytail. Sarah was definitely in the mood for something new when she started consulting with her stylist.

Sassoon stylist Janet decided to cut off quite a bit of Sarah's length, mixing lots of shapes and layers. Janet chose a loose, choppy look, cutting short layers underneath and longer layers on top. This textured look compliments Sarah's natural tendency toward a "chic punk" look, as she describes it.
Using a warm, dark brown as the overall tone, colorist Moran added several panels of color in foiled sections. On top is a C-shape section of hair in salmon blond.
