Rachel walked into the makeover asking for an extremely glamorous look, but when she saw her fantasy fulfilled, she had to do a double take. "I didn't recognize myself at first," she said. "I don't mean that in a bad way. I thought the hair and makeup people did an amazing job. I just never thought I could look like that. Would I go through all this just to paint in my studio? Absolutely not. But now I'm more excited by the idea of getting glammed up for parties, or to go to the movies or things like that." More importantly, Rachel's makeover gave her the confidence she needed to make it through her first gallery opening -- friends, art dealers, photographers and all.
