Scott came to the salon ready for anything. He not only grew his beard, sideburns and hair for the makeover, he gave the stylists at Stephen Knoll carte blanche to shave, color and cut his hair any way they saw fit.

Hairstylist Susan decided to make Scott's beard and sideburns the focal point of his look. She began by removing Scott's beard and creating a tight goatee. She trimmed his sideburns and cut his hair in a close, choppy style that's extremely versatile and easy to style. "It will look good if it's standing up straight or combed forward or back," she says.
Colorist Theresa loved Scott's natural color (and noted there was not one gray hair), but she darkened his hair one shade to add a little warmth and shine.
