Use a cream eye shadow in a neutral color. (Rosie Jane recommends her Eye Hints in Buttercup Bronze). Smooth with fingertip over entire lid, making sure to get right along the lash line. Blend with an upward motion to ensure a smooth and natural finish. Apply a slightly darker shade of powder eye shadow to your under-eye area, but make it very light. Make sure to use a brush so you don't overdo it. Then to finish, apply a thick layer of your favorite mascara to top and bottom lashes. If you want to make your eyes look brighter and bigger, use a white eye pencil on the inside of the bottom lid.
