Use a concealer one shade lighter than your foundation, and apply it with a brush to the under-eye area and to problems like blemishes and uneven skin color. ("Paula Dorf makes a concealer that's easy to apply and stays in place," says Rosie Jane.) Apply concealer very lightly and gently blend in with fingertips. Lightly apply translucent powder over your whole face to set base.
