The thing to remember, says makeup artist Deborah Grayson, is to not mix and match too many makeup trends and to use a light touch with color. "It's all about modifying with layers," she says. "If you want to wear a dense or vivid tone, apply a sheer layer for work; after-hours, you can layer on more of the same."
